Today is another day for beginning a new adventure.  The adventure is in taking steps to move forward in life.  Things change on a constant basis and learning how to adapt to those changes is critical. Discovering what likes, interests, and opportunities that are honestly enjoyed, can be challenging.  Goals set yesterday are required to be reestablished  and adapted to what is currently real honest opportunity. Honest opportunity is to look at what is available, the truthful options, not the illusion of options. Discovery is about the truth of what is actually an option.  Choices for the options become clear and a new vision is set. Then the adventure begins again. That is the reality of living. Time to begin.

Its incredible how good you will feel by hanging on the wall pretty images that inspire your view. This is a great way to take a mini 30 second vacation during work. Especially if you are working at home.  Surround yourself with images that help you feel good inside. Keep your mood light and encourage your inner creative side. Any type of imagery will work, original art, photographs, prints, and interesting objects. Aline yourself with what inspires you, not what drags you down. This can be a major benefit to help relieve a bit of stress. 

How to cook Rice with success

Add vegetables, proteins or spices to increase nutrition and flavor. Ingredients 1 Cup of White Rice 2 Cups of Water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Margarine Cooking Instructions In a pot that has a lid, add the rice, water, salt and margarine. Stir and bring to a boil, then immediately reduce heat to low temperature and put the lid on. Cook for 20 minutes. Do NOT lift lid as it cooks by steaming the rice in the fluid. After the time is up, set the pot away on safe surface, and rest for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Flavor with Soy Sauce, Margarine, Salt, Pepper, or add Veggies and meat in sauces for an amazing meal.
