  Super Easy Ambrosia Salad It just doesn't get  any easier than this!  Easy to make and keep,  serve right away and put the  rest in the fridge for later.   Super Easy Ambrosia Salad Recipe 1 Cup sour Cream 1 Cup Coconut 1 Can Mandarin Oranges 1 Cup Marshmallows  In a large bowl,  mix everything until well blended. Serve right away, store remaining  in the fridge for up to 3 - 4 days, keep covered.

Corn Bread Topped Ham Loaf Recipe

 Corn Bread Topped Ham Loaf makes for a delicious meat option at dinner! This will make a large meat option for about 7 to 8 people. Not difficult and baked in an oven,  add an apricot preserve over the loaf for additional sweetness.  Corn Bread Topped Ham Loaf Recipe 2 Eggs (beaten) 1/2 cup milk 1 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup onion (diced) 2 pounds of ham that is cooked and ground 1/2 cup apricot jam 1 package of corn muffin mix In a large bowl mix the eggs and milk, then stir in the bread crumbs and onions. Add the ground cooked ham and mix well. In a loaf pan put the ham mixture and pat down into the pan.  Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.  Drain off fat then spread the jam over the ham. Prep the corn muffin mix and pour over the ham. Bake at 400 F for another 25 minutes or until corn bread is done. Serve warm, refrigerate any unused portions.

  Sloppy Joe Burger Buns This is an old time well seasoned meat burger  that is delicious and easy to make for quick and warm meals.  It is fast and serves about 6 people.  Sloppy Joe Burger Buns Recipe 1 Pound Ground Beef 1 Onion (diced) 1 can Tomato Soup 1/2 Cup Water 1 Tablespoon Mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Hamburger Buns In a large fry pan mix the been and onions and cook until all meat is brown. Drain off the fat and stir in the soup, water, mustard, salt and pepper. Simmer these uncovered for about 3 minutes. Toast the buns and fill will the meat mixture. Delicious!

Make with either Sweet Potatoes or Yams Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe Filling 3 Cups Sweet Potatoes or Yams 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Butter (melted) 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2 Eggs Topping 1/2 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Butter (melted) 1 Cup Coconut 1 Cup Oatmeal 1 Cup Brown Sugar Cook Potatoes or Yams until soft, then mash and set aside. Mix sugar, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs for filling and Pour into baking dish. Mix Topping and Sprinkle over filling. Cover with Tinfoil and  Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes

Potato Pancakes are a favorite for many people.  Easy to make and delicious, nice little treat at home! Potato Pancakes Recipe 1/2 Cup Flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp pepper 1 Tbsp onion (finely diced) 1 Egg 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbsp melted butter or margarine 1 3/4 cups of raw potatoes that have been grated after peeled 1 clove garlic In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and then add the milk egg and butter. Stir in the potatoes, garlic and onion. Drop into a hot frying pan that has been well greased, a small spoonful Make all the spoonfuls small and fry the potato pancakes until they are  really golden brown on each side. Amazing with a little sour cream!

Home Made Hamburgers! Nothing tastier than a nice juicy cheese burger, made fresh at home. Once you try it, you will love it! Home Made Hamburger Recipe 1 Pound Ground Beef Salt Pepper Buns Toppings In a bowl mix the ground beef, salt and pepper. Form 4 small balls of meat out of the mixture. Place into a hot fry pan and press down to make a small patty. Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes Flip and Cook another 5 minutes or until juices run clear. Place cooked hamburger patty onto your favorite bun, top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, whatever you enjoy. Especially great with cheddar cheese!

Very spicy chicken dish for a meal to remember!

This is a hot dish but great for those who enjoy hot and spicy food! Try it out and see what you think! The chicken is good with any flat bread or rice. Ingredients 8 pieces of chicken, legs, thighs, etc. 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1 Tbsp. Cumin 1 Tbsp. Paprika 1 Tbsp. Curry powder 2 tsp allspice 2 tsp pepper 1 tsp thyme 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Cooking Instructions Place all the chicken pieces into a shallow backing dish. Combine all the spices together in a bowl and  then rub the chicken well with the spices. Cover and refrigerate for 2. 5 hours before using. Place chicken into casserole dish,  which has been greased cover with a lid. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes then turn halfway,  and bake another 25 minutes. For extra crispy, take off lid last 10 minutes. Make sure juices are running clear, and meat is cooked before consuming. This is a delicious meal, served with rice, flat bread, curry sauce, veggies, enjoy!

Savory Stuffing Recipe 7 1/2 Cups Bread Crumbs 1/3 Cup Onion (diced fine) 2 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning 1/4 teaspoon Pepper 1/2 Cup Margarine (melted) 1 Cup Turkey Drippings or Chicken Broth In large microwave bowl mix the bread crumbs and onions. Pour over the bread and onions the butter, broth and spices and mix gently. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork then serve, should make about 4.5 cups
