 Broccoli, Cheese and Chicken Casserole  Great for a fast week night dinner, bake it in the oven and serve!  Broccoli, Cheese and Chicken Casserole Recipe 3 Cups Broccoli  1/2 Cup Milk 1/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded) 2 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs 1 Can of Cream of Broccoli Soup 3 Cups of cooked Chicken Breast (cut into small pieces) In the Casserole dish place the Broccoli and Chicken. Pour over top of the Chicken and Broccoli, a mix of the Milk and Soup. Sprinkle the Cheese and Bread Crumbs over top of the entire mixture. Place into a 425 F hot oven and bake 25 minutes. Add Salt and Pepper to taste after Baking. Serve warm!

Drain off the fat and stir in the soup, water, mustard, salt and pepper. Simmer these uncovered for about 3 minutes. Toast the buns and fill will the meat mixture. Delicious!

Simmer this for about 5 minutes. Turn the heat down to low and slowly drizzle the egg into the soup, stirring at the same time.The egg will separate during the stirring and become shreds. Simmer another minute and eat!

Make with either Sweet Potatoes or Yams Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe Filling 3 Cups Sweet Potatoes or Yams 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Butter (melted) 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2 Eggs Topping 1/2 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Butter (melted) 1 Cup Coconut 1 Cup Oatmeal 1 Cup Brown Sugar Cook Potatoes or Yams until soft, then mash and set aside. Mix sugar, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs for filling and Pour into baking dish. Mix Topping and Sprinkle over filling. Cover with Tinfoil and  Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes

Home Baked B-B-Q Ribs! One of the most tasty recipes for home baked ribs, easy to make to! Recipe 2 Cups Onions Sliced 1 3/4 Cups Ketchup 1 3/4 Cups Water 1/2 Cup Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Brown Sugar 2 tsp Salt. 4 to 5 pounds of Pork Spareribs  First preheat the oven to 275 F. Then Mix together all the ingredients, blend well. Line a large baking pan with tin foil (2 layers) Pour about 1/2 cup of the sauce on bottom of foiled pan Place ribs into the pan and pour more sauce and Rub meat until completely covered on both sides. Use about 1/2 cup of sauce and reserve the rest in fridge. Wash hands then cover meat with another layer of tin foil Creating a seal. Place ribs into the oven at 275 F for 3 hours After 3 hours take them out and flip over in pan and cover in another 1/2 cup of sauce or remaining sauce and baste. Cover again with foil and put back into oven. Turn oven up to 35O F and bake ribs for another hour. Serve with fresh bread and corn for a wonderful meal!

Easy home baked Biscuits

Simple and Easy home baked Biscuits  can be ready in half an hour! Preheat the oven before beginning to 450 F Biscuits are a great side bread to offer for  breakfast, snacks, lunch or dinner. Biscuit Recipe 2 Cups Flour 3/4 Tablespoon Baking Powder 3/4 teaspoon Salt 1/2 Cup Margarine or Butter 3/4 Cup Milk In a Medium size bowl  Mix  Flour, Baking Powder,  Salt, then add the Margarine and cut it into the flour mixture with a fork,  until it resembles little rice size kernels. Add the milk next, into the middle of the flour mixture,  and mix gently until a small dough ball forms. Put the ball of dough onto a floured counter top  and roll carefully out until 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a knife into small squares or use a  cutter to make small circles (about 12) Place onto an ungreased baking sheet and  bake at 450 F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Home Made Hamburger Recipe 1 Pound Ground Beef Salt Pepper Buns Toppings In a bowl mix the ground beef, salt and pepper. Form 4 small balls of meat out of the mixture. Place into a hot fry pan and press down to make a small patty. Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes Flip and Cook another 5 minutes or until juices run clear. Place cooked hamburger patty onto your favorite bun, top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, whatever you enjoy. Especially great with cheddar cheese!

Very spicy chicken dish for a meal to remember!

This is a hot dish but great for those who enjoy hot and spicy food! Try it out and see what you think! The chicken is good with any flat bread or rice. Ingredients 8 pieces of chicken, legs, thighs, etc. 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1 Tbsp. Cumin 1 Tbsp. Paprika 1 Tbsp. Curry powder 2 tsp allspice 2 tsp pepper 1 tsp thyme 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Cooking Instructions Place all the chicken pieces into a shallow backing dish. Combine all the spices together in a bowl and  then rub the chicken well with the spices. Cover and refrigerate for 2. 5 hours before using. Place chicken into casserole dish,  which has been greased cover with a lid. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes then turn halfway,  and bake another 25 minutes. For extra crispy, take off lid last 10 minutes. Make sure juices are running clear, and meat is cooked before consuming. This is a delicious meal, served with rice, flat bread, curry sauce, veggies, enjoy!
